My Story

When I was 10 years old I watched my aunt pass away from complications of obesity that tore my family apart. From that day I vowed to educate people about the preventative measures they can take to reduce their risk of developing diseases such as hypertension and diabetes.

The saying, "you are what you eat" has been a motto my mom and I have lived by since I was 18. I have watched my mom's flare-ups from Rheumatoid Arthritis significantly reduce from an anti-inflammatory diet. Food has truly been a source of healing for our mind and body.

"Let Food Be Thy Medicine and Medicine Be Thy Food"
